Hen, Birthday Parties & group sessions

Well, why not is all we can say. Vicky has run a number of really successful hen parties, children and adults birthday parties in and around Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire.

Vicky will come to your venue, if the weather is good and there is space, the yoga session can happen outside or if you have hired a venue or an Airbnb and the space is big enough, the session can take place inside.

As well as parties, Vicky has done one off group sessions for workplaces as part of their well-being regime. So always ask if you have something in mind as Vicky is happy to accommodate.

Hen Parties

Vicky has done a number of hen parties at some lovely Airbnb locations. If the weather is good, we take the opportunity to do the session outside. The ladies have found it a great way to bond and to start the yoga weekend – the yoga session offers a real mix of gentle stretching, a crazy 6 minutes of high intensity yoga (although lots of options are offered so anyone of any age can take part), some partner yoga work, group yoga and some games (if there is enough space and people). It’s a fun start to the hen party especially if there are people in the group who don’t know one another.

BIrthDAY PARTIES

Whether you are celebrating your 8th or 50th birthday party, Vicky can come to your venue with mats and happy birthday wishes. For the children, the birthday parties are themed such as superheroes, paradise island, pirates etc. You name the theme and Vicky will try to adapt a yoga class around it. Childrens birthday parties tend to be 30 to 45 minutes long.

Adult birthday classes involve a little bit of everything from slow and gentle to fast paced, to maybe some games and partner work but always with a relaxation to finish. These sessions are normally one hour long.

Group Sessions

Regular or one off group sessions can be done in the workplace or any venue as part of a well-being campaign or just something different to do. The class can be adapted to suit your needs.

We weren't too sure what to expect from a hen yoga session but Vicky was fun and friendly and put us all at ease. The sun shone, we were outside on a Saturday morning, doing all different poses and just really enjoying ourselves. Thank you Vicky

We all loved it! Initially the men were not too keen, but when the partner yoga poses came out, they loved these challenges and of course they cheated on the games! We all had a real giggle.
