Workshops on offer
A workshop is a completely different experience to a normal class. Generally the number size is limited to 10 people which offers a safe place for discussions and understanding. We normally allow around 3 hours so that we can cover at least 90 minutes of yoga, ensuring you get 'yoga tools' and ideas to take away and incorporate into your daily life.
Vicky recently studied with Petra Coveney and is now a Menopause Yoga Accredited teacher, an approach that combines western medical knowledge with eastern well-being alongside yoga poses, breathing techniques and restorative poses. These workshops cover a range of menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety and low mood, menopause rage, brain fog, insomnia and fatigue, bloating and digestive issues, strength and empowerment and pelvic floor issues. Attend them all or just the one that interests you.
These can also be run in the workplace.
The workshops are held Saturday morning, 9am - midday in Charfield.

It's that hidden exercise no one can see you do but are you doing it right? This workshop is about understanding your pelvic floor and the different exercises you can do - this workshop may just surprise you.
Tummy separation is really classic after a baby but not alot of help is given to help restore your abdomen. This workshop gives you the do's and dont's and with time, practice and patience, your tummy should be feeling a lot better.
Vicky was lucky enough to have 3 natural home births and has been guiding women over the years on her experience, giving optimal birthing and labouring positions, a range of breathing techniques, massages for the partner to get involved in and some lovely relaxations.Come along with or without your partner.
